Studio Policy
We are a shoeless studio.
Grip socks are required; you may bring your own or purchase them from us. Please bring a water bottle; we have a water filling station available.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Class Cancellation: Please cancel at least two hours before the start time of your class.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: A $15 fee will be charged for monthly or annual memberships. For class packs, the class will be forfeited.
- Monthly Membership Holds: You may place a hold on your membership for up to one month, twice a year.
- Membership Cancellation: To cancel your membership, please email hello@vibe28.com with a written notice. The cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date of your notice. You will be billed if your billing date falls within the 30-day notice period.
